Lush Cloud AI provides artificial intelligence-powered services including but not limited to video generation, content creation, blockchain integration, and related AI technologies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Users must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, respect intellectual property rights, and use our services responsibly. You are prohibited from using our services for illegal activities, creating harmful content, or attempting to compromise our systems.
Payment terms vary by service type. For AI video services, we typically require 50% upfront payment with the remainder due upon delivery. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Lush Cloud AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain rights to their original content but grant us necessary licenses to provide our services.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Lush Cloud AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
